In 2005, Kathy obtained her Real Estate license, demonstrating her commitment to serving clients in the housing market. She went the extra mile by earning the Military Specialist Designation, specializing in assisting military personnel & veterans with their real estate needs. Recognizing the significance of supporting the senior community, she pursued the SRE designation in 2020, enhancing her knowledge & capabilities in catering to the unique requirements of older adults.
